3rd edition of The Grand Cup - Charity Event Ricardo Santos
We’re delighted to invite you to The Grand Cup, Wyndham Grand Algarve Charity Golf Tournament, which will take place on December 6th and 7th, 2025, at Quinta do Lago South and Laranjal Golf Course, in support of Rotary Club de Loulé.
The event will be played as a Four ball-better ball Format, with a maximum of 10 teams with 4 players each.
In case you are unable to gather a full team of 4, you can register as a single person and you will be assigned to a team at the event.

Quinta do Lago South Quinta do Lago, Algarve
The Quinta do Lago South course was designed in 1974 and has hosted the Portuguese Open, on several occasions. Quinta do Lago South golf course is tougher than the North; it is tight with some holes having narrow fairways. You will find very good, large greens. The course is made more challenging by a good variety of doglegs and strategically located hazards. The 17th Par 5 hcp4 could be the signature hole .Quinta do Lago South golf course is a challenging golf course set amongst umbrella pines, lakes and wild flowers overlooking the beautiful scenery of the Ria Formosa National Park, and the quinta do lago lake , suitable for golf players with medium, low handicaps and is a fairly friendly golf course for ladies enabling them to enjoy a shorter distance with 678m between the red and yellow tees . Laranjal Golf Course Quinta do Lago, Algarve
Laranjal golf course named as it was originally an orange grove and opened in 2009 is the newest Quinta do Lago golf course. Designed in an American style, very long and wide with huge fast greens. There is only one hole which is slightly high. Hole 9 is a beautiful Par 5 with water protecting the green and hole 7 is one of the longest par 3 in Portugal with 236m from the pro tees . Laranjal is a challenging golf course but would suit all players and is a special friendly golf course for ladies enabling them to enjoy 877mt less distance between the red and yellow tees. A beautiful well liked golf course with great views. The Ocean is visible and due to the location in the laranjal, or orange grove you will be able to pick the oranges as you play! (...)
